I recently came across this little gem called "I Love Sarah Jane" (LANGUAGE NSFW). It is a short film about a boy and his love for a girl in a post-apocalyptic, zombified world. Personally, I am a pretty big fan of zombie movies mainly because of the consistent theme of survival of the fittest that usually is incorporated with the movies. However, this zombie film isn't your typical one. Regardless I enjoyed it just as much as any other movie involving zombies and I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping that there will be more to this story coming soon. I'm sure you'll be doing the same thing after you watch it too!

It's been a while, but I'm back. After watching Iron Man this past Thursday, I am happy to say that the film surpassed my expectations. It is one of my new favorite comic book movies up there with Spiderman, Batman Begins, and Sin City. Now, if anyone stayed after the credits then you would have received a pleasant surprise. I won't say it because of spoilers, but you may figure it out from the picture.

Marvel Studios has just announced their lineup for their newest movies coming out in 2010 and 2011. I don't know about you guys, but this announcement has got me pumped. Hopefully they do these movies as well as they did Iron Man but that will be very difficult. Time to cross my fingers for the next two to three years.

Sorry for two Star Wars related posts in a row, but I had to post this one. I had been hearing news of a new animated Star Wars movie being released which was based on the Clone Wars animated television series. Personally, I loved the style that was used in the show so hearing this made me get excited.

The trailer was recently leaked and my excitement for this movie has just reached maximum capacity. I love the style, which is very similar to the cartoon as I stated before, and it seems that the movie will be more action based than any of the previous Star Wars movies. The movie is going to be released in August so we won't have to wait too much longer for it.

In case you haven't heard, Steampunk is basically at style that people use to remodel characters from different universe. They tend to style them in a 19th Century style with lots of gears and, you guessed it, steam powered tools and technology.

An action figure artist decided to take this style and apply it to characters from the Star Wars Universe. The result is somewhere between awesome and absolutely and ridiculously amazing. I really liked these and the whole style of Steampunk. It's a cool idea which really puts a twist on the original piece.

Normally, the Olympics are a time of celebration and happiness due to the fact that countries around the world are coming together for one event where the violence and hate in the real world aren't present. Well, this year is not the case.

Due to the fact that China's human rights record isn't so hot right now. Tibetan monks and supporters are protesting against the Olympics being held in China because of the mistreatment they have been receiving. I think that what they are doing is great because there are lots of gruesome stories that I have read that should be spread. I just hope that the Olympics can be held and the Tibetan situation can be resolved.

The title says it all! However, not everyone will get it. I think you need to be at least a little tech-savvy.

There is a man in Ireland who lost his vision due to an explosion a few years ago who is getting his eyesight restored through a procedure that will give him a 65% chance of getting his eyesight completely back to normal. It's amazing how modern science has advanced when compared to a hundred years ago. Who would've thought that inserting a tooth into someone's eye would help restore their eyesight? I can tell you that I would've never thought that.

When I saw this article, I was intrigued about what the word could be so I read into it. Sure I've read articles and heard advice that is similar to this, but it really makes you want to step up and achieve something. Deciding on what is the problem...

I may not be a toy collector, but I like to appreciate a nicely sculpted action figure. I found pictures (WARNING there is a gnarly looking one) of some of the new figures which are being shown off at the US Toy Fair. I really liked the Master Chief models compared to the rest of them there. However, the Gears of War one really shocked me. If you've ever played the game you'll understand how close it is to the real thing.

Here is a little wish list that the people over at IGN put together. As an avid Guitar Hero player myself, I was interested to see what they had to say. They have some good ideas, but personally I'm getting a bit tired of Guitar Hero. I personally think that Rock Band is the better of the two rhythm games not only because it features guitar, bass, drums and vocals, but because I consider it one of the three best party games ever (in the running with Super Smash Bros. and Goldeneye). Alright, I think I'm starting to nerd out so let me go take my meds before this gets out of hand...
